Marc-André Langlois, phd

Associate Professor at the University of Ottawa and Canada Research Chair in Molecular Virology and Intrinsic Immunity. Recognized for his insights into the fundamental mechanisms of how APOBEC3 proteins restrict HIV infection, this basic research scientist is a leading authority in the field of intrinsic antiviral defences. Additionally, he is developing new, cutting-edge technologies to analyze viruses called Nanoscale flow cytometry, or Flow Virometry.
